Cenium is actively seeking an Implementation Specialist with experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV software (Financials, Purchasing, Inventory, Service Management and Jobs). Responsibilities include conducting needs and gap analysis, consulting, configuration, training, compiling client requirements, writing specifications, and providing on‐going phone and on‐site customer implementation and support worldwide. The suitable candidate must be skilled in managing customer relationships & ensuring high customer satisfaction and also be able to interface with senior management providing the appropriate reports and documentation. A willingness to learn new technologies and concepts and the ability to travel are a must.

The Implementation Specialist’s overall job responsibilities include but are not limited to performing on-site installation and training services during the implementation of Cenium’s Hospitality ERP software based on a Microsoft platform.  Company offices are located in the United States, Canada, Norway, Iceland and Hong Kong.  This position will be a secondary or team resource to an Implementation Lead and/or Project Manager, or required to be the direct point of contact on certain portions of a project during the implementation.  Requirements for the Implementation Specialist include being proficient in managing the planning and communications of project tasks, ability to learn new products and tasks quickly, ability to coordinate multiple priorities and develop a solid understanding of all Cenium software.
