Each operational area in Cenium Core has it's own statement type.

| Commission | All Transactions from commission invoices. |
| Homeowner Statement | All Transactions Tagged for Homeowner Statement will be added to this statement type |
| Homeowner Holding | All Transactions Tagged for owner holding - Holding amount for Owners and other connected posting transaction connected to owner sales. |
| Lodging Statement | All Transactions Tagged for Lodging Statement will be added to this statement type |
| Retail Statement | All Transactions Tagged for Retail Statement will be added to this statement type |
